Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Examples include but not limited to:

·         orthopedic supports

·         anti-embolism socks

·         raised toilet seats

·         shower chairs

·         thermometers or personal diagnostic devices once opened

Returns Accepted When

Returns may be accepted when:

·         The product is defective

·         The product arrived damaged during delivery

·         The wrong product was delivered

Return Procedure

If a customer wishes to request a return, the following steps should be followed:

1.      Contact the company via phone or email and describe the issue with the product.

2.      Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

3.      Return the product according to the instructions provided.

 

Refunds

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

If the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during delivery, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
